Nice to Meet You!

I was born in San Francisco and raised for most of my life in the oceanside city of Pacifica, CA. I started my own physical training and weightlifting regime when I was 13 years old, and I spent years as a competitive runner and tennis player, as well as a tennis instructor. I founded Peninsula Fitness in 1989. Since then, I have worked with countless clients whose health, fitness and physical training goals and challenges include strength-training, weight-loss, sports performance, and physical rehabilitation after surgery. I also work with children and young athletes to offer early intervention for structural asymmetries and misalignments that can cause pain or limit athletic performance as adults.
